This course includes all the essential maintenance knowledge and practical skills required to keep ATV and SSV units safe, reliable and serviceable in demanding operating environments. Participants will learn correct pre-start inspections, routine servicing procedures, fault identification, basic diagnostics and preventative maintenance techniques in line with manufacturer recommendations. The training covers drivetrain, suspension, braking systems, steering components and safety equipment, with emphasis on early detection of wear and risk reduction. Course content is customised to the participant’s type of machine, operating conditions and usage demands, ensuring operators can confidently maintain their equipment to a high operational standard.
